Let this be known, the day you see me with a Kate Spade bag, is the day you know i've made it. Ok maybe not yet "big time made it", but made it enough to not call buying one a splurge. As most women dream of owning an Hermes or a monogrammed Louis Vuitton, I will be in bag heaven by owning a Kate Spade. Considering i'm not really a fan of luxury brands that most peole spend a lot for anyway just for the name, but do little to stir any kind of emotion from me.
Not so with Kate Spade, i'll be totally egocentric here and say that the brand was practically made with me in mind. The bags! You should see the bags. Structured, clean, no frills, no fuss, and fun without losing a single bit of sophistication. The first time I saw a Kate Spade bag it just spelled L-O-V-E for me the way boys with facial hair armed with wit can make me swoon - only this time around, I know I ain't getting my heart broken.
