The Awesomeness of Books (and films too!)

In the past 5 months, i've undergone an adventure to find a lock that fits a certain key through the five boroughs of New York City, searched for the whereabouts of a former Russian spy while eluding arrest in the  cities of Sweden, fought against time and hopelessness to bring a wrongfully accused man to justice in a small town in Texas, and traversed the chilling moors surrounding Baskerville Hall in search of a fabled hound.  All these in the comforts of my living room couch or my bed - wherever the mood takes me.
Such is the power of books. I would go as far as to say that books have saved me from the impending loneliness and insanity that are bound to befall those who, like me, are cut off from most forms of normal social interactions.

Enter, "The Fantastic Flying Books of Mr. Morris Lessmore" an animated short that bagged an Oscar in the recently concluded awards show. The animation has a Pixar-esque feel to it but i've researched that it's from a  certain MoonBot studios, which doesn't really matter because this is such an amazing ode to the life-altering power and reach of books. Enjoy!
